1. Scope and operator
Voltra operates the Voltra Quiz iOS application, the public quiz catalog used by the app, and the voltraquiz.app website. This policy applies only to those Voltra Quiz services. Other Voltra applications or services may publish separate policies for their own features.
2. Information the quiz app does not collect
The Voltra Quiz app does not:
- create user accounts or request sign-in credentials;
- request your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone;
- make the IDFA available unless you explicitly grant App Tracking Transparency permission;
- process subscriptions, in-app purchases, payment cards, or purchase history; or
- upload your quiz answers, standalone quiz history, linked ticket, or in-memory unlock attempt.
3. Information stored on your device
For quizzes opened from the normal app dashboard, Voltra Quiz stores the current quiz, selected answers, recent quiz identifiers, completion date, category, score, and completion history in the app’s private local storage. This lets you resume a quiz and view your activity. This information is not synchronized to a Voltra account or cloud service.
You can remove this local information by deleting Voltra Quiz from your device. Offloading an app may preserve its local container; choose Delete App in iOS when you want the local container removed.
4. QR unlock flow and 24-hour codes
A QR code may use the fixed public link https://voltraquiz.app/play, or a linked form containing a short-lived ticket and a public Voltra ID. The ID may be shown for confirmation. The ticket remains process-memory launch context and is never submitted by the iOS app. While you complete an unlock quiz, its questions and answers exist only in app memory.
After every question is answered, the app generates a code and registers it with Voltra’s coupon service before displaying it. Registration includes the code, quiz and completion UUIDs, answered question count, a stable random lowercase installation UUID, and ios. The code and unlock attempt are not written to the app’s persistent storage. Enter the confirmed code on the Voltra TV unlock screen or in Settings → Redeem code.
5. Network requests and technical data
The app makes encrypted HTTPS requests to Voltra’s public quiz catalog and coupon-registration services. Catalog requests do not include an account, quiz answers, generated code, or app-created user identifier. Coupon registration includes only the fields described above. As with ordinary internet traffic, the receiving infrastructure may temporarily process standard request information such as an IP address, request time, app or operating-system network headers, and security logs to deliver the response, maintain reliability, and prevent abuse.
voltraquiz.app is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process standard web request and security information under its Privacy Policy. The Voltra Quiz web pages do not set application cookies, use analytics, or write to browser local storage.
6. Advertising, consent, and provider data
Voltra Quiz may show banner, native, and interstitial ads according to a remote configuration. Google’s User Messaging Platform checks consent before any eligible ad provider initializes or requests an ad. The app then asks for App Tracking Transparency permission when the iOS status is undetermined. If you decline, the IDFA remains unavailable; eligible contextual or otherwise permitted ads may still be shown. The app exposes Privacy choices while advertising is enabled.
Direct providers are Google Mobile Ads, TradPlus, and Mintegral. TradPlus may also select configured mediated sources including Google, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff/Vungle, InMobi, Mintegral, Chartboost, Chartboost Mediation, TP Exchange, and TradPlus Cross Promotion. Depending on consent, ATT status, region, and provider configuration, these services may process IP address and network information, device or app identifiers, coarse device information, diagnostics, consent signals, and ad impressions, clicks, or other interactions to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and maintain security. Their handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, TradPlus Privacy Policy, and Mintegral Privacy Policy.
7. Free Premium partner attribution
The optional Free Premium page asks you to enter the Voltra ID of the device that should receive the reward. Voltra stores a reference to that device and creates a random, time-limited claim token. The NordVPN purchase link contains that random token—not your Voltra ID. We also process a one-way protected form of the request IP address to limit automated abuse of the claim form.
NordVPN’s affiliate platform may report the random token, conversion identifier, approval or refund status, and plan or payout description needed to determine the purchased duration. Voltra uses that report to add the matching Premium duration to the selected Voltra device, prevent duplicate rewards, and reverse a reward if the qualifying purchase is rejected, cancelled, or refunded. Voltra does not receive or process your payment-card details. Your purchase with NordVPN is governed by NordVPN’s own privacy policy and terms.
8. How information is used and shared
Local quiz information is used only to provide the app features described above. Standard network request information is used only as needed to serve and protect the quiz catalog and website, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, administer an optional partner reward, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Coupon-registration data is used to issue and protect the requested access code. When advertising is enabled, eligible provider data is used and shared as described in section 6. Voltra does not sell personal information from Voltra Quiz.
9. Retention and security
Dashboard quiz information remains in the app’s private local container until it is replaced or the app is deleted. Unlock attempts and generated codes are not persistently retained by the iOS app. The coupon service may retain registration and anti-abuse records, and infrastructure or ad providers may retain limited request, security, consent, diagnostic, or advertising records according to their policies and operational or legal requirements.
Free Premium claim and conversion records are retained as needed to attribute the reward, preserve the Premium expiry date, prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims, process later conversion-status or refund changes, resolve support issues, and meet operational or legal obligations.
We use encrypted HTTPS connections, an iOS app-private container, a narrowly scoped associated domain, and strict deep-link validation. No method of electronic delivery or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children
Voltra Quiz is a general-audience quiz app and does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. If you believe information was provided to us contrary to this policy, contact Voltra support so the concern can be reviewed.
11. Your choices and requests
Because Voltra Quiz does not upload quiz history or answers, Voltra generally has no answer profile to access, correct, or delete. You control locally stored quiz information by managing or deleting the app on your device. Use the app’s Privacy choices item where available, and manage tracking permission in iOS Settings. If you used Free Premium or registered a coupon, include enough relevant context when contacting us. We may need information to understand and verify a request without asking for unnecessary data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Voltra Quiz, its providers, or legal requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated when a new version is published. Material changes will be described in an appropriate app or website notice when required.
