Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Voltra Quiz iOS application, its quiz catalog, the QR unlock flow, generated 24-hour codes, the optional Free Premium offer, and voltraquiz.app.

1. Agreement and eligibility

By downloading, accessing, or using Voltra Quiz, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. You must be legally able to accept these terms in your country. A parent or guardian should supervise use by anyone who cannot accept them independently.

2. What Voltra Quiz provides

Voltra Quiz provides a free native quiz experience with categories, questions, answer feedback, scores, local progress, and local completion history. A permanent QR or web link can also open a separate unlock quiz. Completing every question in that flow generates and registers a code intended to activate 24 hours of access in a compatible Voltra application after the user enters it.

No account, purchase, subscription, or passing score is required to generate the code. The fixed link may be scanned again and the ordinary quiz flow may be completed again to generate a new code.

3. 24-hour codes

  • A code is generated only after all questions in the unlock quiz have been answered, then registered with Voltra before it is displayed.
  • A generated code has no cash value, cannot be sold by Voltra Quiz, and is not a payment instrument.
  • The compatible Voltra application validates the code and controls activation of the 24-hour period.
  • A typing error, incomplete code, unsupported app version, or expired activated period may prevent access.
  • Voltra Quiz does not persistently save or recover a displayed code; registration and anti-abuse records may remain on Voltra’s service.

You are responsible for entering the displayed code on the Voltra TV unlock screen or in Settings → Redeem code before leaving the result screen. Repeating the normal scan-and-complete flow is permitted. Automated generation, code tampering, reverse engineering of the validation method, or interference with the receiving application is not.

4. Free Premium partner offer

The Free Premium page can create a NordVPN affiliate link for a valid Voltra ID. If NordVPN’s affiliate platform reports an eligible, approved purchase through that exact link, Voltra will add the reported plan duration to Premium on the selected Voltra device. For example, an approved three-month plan receives three months of Voltra Premium. Existing active access is preserved and the new reward is scheduled after it.

  • You must enter the complete Voltra ID for the device that should receive Premium.
  • You must begin and complete the eligible purchase through the generated affiliate link.
  • Qualification, plan availability, pricing, approval timing, and the reported duration depend on NordVPN and its affiliate platform.
  • Rejected, cancelled, chargeback, ineligible, duplicated, or refunded purchases do not qualify and may cause the related reward to be revoked.
  • The reward has no cash value, cannot be transferred to a different Voltra ID after attribution, and cannot be exchanged for another benefit.

Your purchase is directly with NordVPN and is subject to its terms, privacy policy, pricing, and refund rules. Voltra may receive an affiliate commission and does not receive your payment-card details. This promotional reward is separate from the NordVPN service and may be changed or ended for future claims.

5. License and acceptable use

Voltra grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Voltra Quiz for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

  • use the app or website to violate law or another person’s rights;
  • misrepresent, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute Voltra Quiz or generated codes;
  • scrape, overload, disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the app, website, catalog service, or related systems;
  • introduce malware or interfere with security, deep-link, code-generation, or code-validation functions; or
  • copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative services except where applicable law expressly permits it.

6. Quiz content and scores

Quiz questions, answer choices, artwork, explanations, and scores are provided for general entertainment and informational purposes. We try to keep content useful and accurate, but do not guarantee that every question, answer, translation, image, or score is complete, current, or error-free. Quiz content is not professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

7. Third-party services and compatible applications

Voltra Quiz depends on network, hosting, content-delivery, operating-system, coupon-registration, and compatible Voltra application services. When advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads, TradPlus, Mintegral, and configured mediated ad networks may also provide content or measurement. Apple, Cloudflare, these advertising providers, NordVPN, NordVPN’s affiliate platform, network providers, and any receiving Voltra application may apply their own terms and policies. Their availability, reporting, and performance are outside the complete control of Voltra Quiz and may change without notice.

8. Ownership

Voltra Quiz, its software, visual identity, website, original interface, and original quiz materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant permission to use Voltra names, logos, source code, or proprietary materials beyond what is necessary for ordinary use of the service. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.

9. Availability and changes

We may correct, add, remove, suspend, or update quiz content, app features, the public catalog, compatibility requirements, or website routes. We may interrupt a service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or technical reasons. We do not promise that every feature or question will remain available in every region, on every device, or at every time.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voltra Quiz is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not make warranties that the app, catalog, website, deep link, code generation, or compatible application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every device or purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voltra is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use Voltra Quiz, loss of locally stored quiz progress, an incorrectly entered or unavailable code, a network interruption, or a third-party service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Voltra Quiz at any time. Voltra may restrict access to the website, catalog, or app services when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address fraud, automated abuse, malware, unauthorized access, or technical harm. Ordinary repeated use of the manual scan-and-complete quiz flow is not prohibited by this section.

13. Changes, applicable law, and disputes

We may update these terms as Voltra Quiz or applicable requirements change. The revision date above will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Applicable law governs these terms without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live. A dispute will be handled by a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction.
